At DaddyMopa Shop, all products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. This helps us reduce waste and deliver fresh, high-quality merchandise every time you order.

Processing Times

All orders go through a production process before shipping.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (Embroidery items may occasionally take 5–7 business days).

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days (Varies depending on region).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, seasonal delays, or courier issues outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your location.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

Free Shipping

  • UK orders: FREE shipping on orders over £50
  • US orders: FREE shipping on orders over £60 (approximately $75 USD)

Orders below these thresholds will be charged shipping for each separate shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple separate shipments. We use print-on-demand fulfilment, which means each item is custom-made for you at different production facilities around the world. This allows us to:

  • Get your items to you faster (items ship as soon as they're ready)
  • Reduce shipping costs by shipping from the facility closest to you
  • Offer a wider variety of products without holding inventory

Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you via email. While items may ship separately, they typically arrive within a similar timeframe.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Made to Order

Because all products are custom-made when ordered:

  • We cannot cancel an order once production has started.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size/colour changes, so please check sizing carefully.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@daddymopa.com within 7 days, and we will replace it.

Customs & Import Fees

Some international orders may incur customs fees.

These costs are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
