Refund and Return Policy

At DaddyMopa, all products are custom-made to order specifically for you. This means we create each item fresh when you place your order, which helps us reduce waste and deliver high-quality products.

Custom-Made Items
Because our products are made-to-order and personalised for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selection
  • Items that no longer fit your needs

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including size charts and product descriptions.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us at shop@daddymopa.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In some cases, we may provide a full refund instead.

Return Process for Approved Claims
If we approve your return request, we will provide specific return instructions based on where your item was produced. You will not need to pay for return shipping on defective or damaged items.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note: Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. Our custom-made products fall under this exemption.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, the protections described above still apply.
